1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("customer", "you") and Gehna Jewellers ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the shop.gehnajeweller.com website as well as any other media form, website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Product & Purity Disclaimer

All gold and diamond jewellery listed on this website is BIS hallmarked and accompanied by a purity certificate. Product images are for representation purposes; actual weight, size, and gemstone characteristics may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of each piece. Final invoiced weight and pricing are confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

We offer customers the option to purchase under two payment structures:

• Full Payment: Pay 100% of the product cost during checkout to initiate immediate dispatch.
• 20% Advance Booking: Pay an advance booking amount of 20% of the product price at checkout via Razorpay to reserve the piece. The remaining balance of 80% is due upon dispatch or at the time of delivery, as agreed upon.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay gateway.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Orders booked under the 20% advance booking option may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction. For detailed information regarding eligible returns, product defects, and refund processing timelines, please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
