Gehna Jewellers ("we", "us", "our") is dedicated to providing secure, fully insured shipping for every piece of jewellery across India. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand our logistics procedures.

1. Shipping Coverage & Locations

We ship to all major cities, towns, and union territories across India. If your address is in an exceptionally remote area, please contact our helpline to confirm logistics feasibility before completing checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Order Processing: Once payment (either 100% full payment or the 20% advance booking fee) is processed and confirmed via Razorpay, order processing begins immediately.
• Standard Dispatch: In-stock pieces are dispatched from our Gwalior store within 2 to 4 business days.
• Made-to-Order Dispatch: Custom or made-to-order pieces will be dispatched within 10 to 14 business days.

3. Delivery & Transit Timelines

Once dispatched, our insured courier partners deliver the package securely to your door, requiring an OTP and signature at delivery. Transit times typically vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on your region. The maximum time for delivery to any location in India is 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

4. Secure & Insured Packaging

Every piece is shipped in tamper-proof, discreet packaging and is fully insured for its invoice value until it reaches you. Each shipment includes the BIS hallmark certificate and invoice for the jewellery inside.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, a unique Tracking ID is generated. This ID will be updated on your customer dashboard under "My Orders" and sent to your registered email address so you can monitor dispatch status in real-time.
